Another Gilbert clock on display at the Historical Society.  The photograph to the right of the clock is of Jerusha Rockwell Hinsdale Boyd (mother of Mary P. Hinsdale) and her young son Solomon.  The photo on the left is that of Solomon later in life.

This  is an oil painting by Dr. Broadbent of Mrs. Riley Whiting on her wedding day.  The mannequin on the left displays the early 1800 wedding dress of Mrs. Anna Lang.

This picture is of the doll house given to the Historical Society by Miss Marion E. Allen, who was the Librarian at Gilbert when we were in school. She retired in 1957. She played with the doll house from 1903 -1913
